I propose to consider a miniature furnace made of square steel pipes. Such a stove is equipped with a small cooking surface, as well as a burner. The stove has a relatively small size and weight, it can be taken for fishing, hunting and other events when traveling to car. Another advantage of the furnace is that it can be fed with chips or sticks, it is quite economical. And to make it easier to load firewood, the stove is equipped with a vertical loading firebox, into which you can insert fairly long sticks, they will advance themselves as they burn. Furnace manufacturing process:
Step one. We assemble the main part of the furnace
We prepare materials, cut and weld the furnace body. The main for the furnace is a piece of a rectangular pipe of large diameter. At the end of the pipe we cut a hole with a plasma cutter or grinder, you will need to cut a hole over which the furnace sleeve will be installed, and opposite it, from below, there will be a collector for ash. The author also made a furnace sleeve from a piece of a rectangular pipe, and to collect ash the author cut a piece of a rectangular pipe along.
The smoke pipe was made of a piece of round pipe. We boil all the joints well and then clean it with a grinder so that the design looks like a monolithic.
Step Two Legs
We make legs for the furnace, the author bent them from a steel bar. So that the legs do not get stuck in the ground, we weld nickels made of steel to them. That's all, we reliably and evenly weld the legs to the furnace so that it does not swing and does not fall.
Step Three Burner
A burner is located in the upper part of the chimney; the author mounted a steel grate in the upper part of the chimney. In theory, thanks to this grate, air enters the pipe, which maintains the intensity of the flame at the outlet. We also make a cross from steel plates and weld to the pipe, here we will put the dishes.
Step Four Shelves
Cut out of sheet steel and weld shelves to the furnace body. It will be possible to put dishes here, in addition, it will be quite warm near the stove itself and it will be possible to warm something.
Step Five Pallet
In the lower part of the furnace there is a pan for collecting ash, its author made of sheet steel. To clean the furnace from ash, just take out the pan with the ash and throw it away.
Step Six Painting and testing
Having cleaned the metal and welds well, the furnace can be painted with heat-resistant paint. Now the homemade product looks great, and will not rust. We kindle the stove, load firewood and proceed to cooking. The homemade product works perfectly, at the exit we get a good torch that will quickly boil a kettle with water, here you can even cook an ear. On a small cooking surface, you can fry fried eggs, meat and so on.
