I welcome fans to craft, as well as greetings to lovers of homemade moonshine and distilled water. Today we will consider how to assemble a productive moonshine made of steel. I can’t say that the project is simple, but the car works well, and it works on wood. The only design flaw is that running water is needed to cool the condensing device. This device does not have a coil, as in the classic moonshine, here instead of it is a long pipe of large diameter made of stainless steel. Using such a machine, distilled water can also be easily obtained. If the project interests you, I propose to study it in more detail!

Manufacturing process homemade:
Step one. Boiler
First of all, we make a boiler in which the mash will be heated. As the author made his own, he did not show us. As a material, you can adapt an aluminum can, or even better a steel barrel, in which beer or drinks are usually transported. It would not be superfluous to place the boiler in another pipe, thereby making thermal insulation. As a result of such refinement, the boiler will quickly reach its operating temperature, and you will also need very little firewood to heat it up and maintain the temperature. The author has everything made of stainless steel, so the product comes out without additional harmful functions.
Step Two Production of a frame for a distiller
The distiller body is a thick-walled steel pipe of large diameter.Thanks to the thick wall, the pipe will collapse from water for a very long time, and homemade will be durable.
It is under this pipe that we make the foundation, the author has welded it from the corners. As holders for the pipe, the author cut a large-diameter bearing, as a result, two semicircles were obtained. Of course, stops for the pipe can be made from the same corner or other available parts.
Step Three Distiller manufacture
For the distiller, two pieces of pipe are needed, one pipe enters the other and a chamber is formed between them, through which cold water will flow. The author put the inner pipe through which the steam passes from stainless steel; as a result, we have a crystal-clear product at the outlet.
To begin with, drill holes in the outer pipe, at the beginning and at the end. We weld tubes into these holes, to which a hose with water will be connected.
Next, we cut out plugs from sheet steel and cut holes in them for a stainless steel pipe. When all the parts are ready, you can weld the entire structure. Of course, we make all welds airtight, otherwise water will leak out, which is unpleasant.
To the inner pipe, the author welded an inlet fitting at one end, as well as an outlet at the other. The outlet must be positioned at the lowest point, otherwise valuable fluid will accumulate in the pipe.
Step Four Little table and painting
We weld the frame from the corner for the table on which the jar will stand and snack. We weld the table frame to the main frame, and now our hadron collider is ready to launch elementary particles. It remains to paint the car so that it does not rust and delight the eye. The author painted everything in red so that the next day it would not be difficult to find a car. Of course, in some countries, moonshining is prohibited, so it is better to paint the car in camouflage color.
Step Five Test
Everything is ready, we collect the car, pour the mash into the reactor and you can kindle the fire. After a while, the contents of the boiler will boil and a cheerful drink will run from the distiller. The distiller will need to be tilted forward a little so that nothing accumulates inside it. The car turned out to be successful, now the author will not soon please us with new homemade products, but who knows ...
