Step One: Mold Making
From the laminated MDF, according to the dimensions, the master cuts the blanks and assembles the internal form.
Step Two: Preparation
Tape the inner box with tape. Glues the inner box to the outer base, on the sealant, closer to one of the sides.
The walls of the external form are wiped with wax. Apply a strip of sealant around the outside of the mold.
Due to the fact that the distance between the box and the wall, on the one hand, a small master applies a silicone roller to the edge of the base and then sets the wall.
Step Three: Groove
Now you need to prepare the strip for insertion. Cuts three strips of MDF. Tape over them with tape. Covers everything with wax again. Glues one to the base, two on the end walls. Closes the fourth wall of the form.
Step Four: Fill
Mixes concrete mix according to manufacturer's instructions. Pours the mixture into a mold.
After the concrete has hardened, it removes the workpiece from the mold.
Step Five: Insert
Installs a wood insert in the groove. Crops it. Grinds.
Step Six: Cover
Processes the flower bed with sealant.
Seventh step: cork
Cuts and glues cork from below.
All is ready. Now it remains to pour soil into the flower garden and plant the plants.
