Manufacturing process homemade:
Step one. Cut and bend furnace parts
The author used galvanized steel as a material, choose a thicker steel so that it can be welded, and it does not burn out for a long time. For the furnace, you can use a finished steel pipe, it will serve for a long time.
As parts, you need to make two pipes of different diameters, one pipe for the furnace, and the second pipe for the furnace body. In the lower part of the furnace there is a small cone with holes, through these holes the floor will wake up in the furnace. This cone rests on another cone through which air enters the furnace from below. The blower is made in the form of a circle with holes, it holds the floor on itself, it is a kind of pallet. On the top of the case is another cone into which the floor will fall asleep.
Step Two Assembly
We assemble the furnace, everything needs to be welded by welding.It is important to securely attach the inner pipe to the outer one, we use jumpers in the form of plates, pipe pieces or whoever has it. On the top of the pipe we put the grill or burner from the stove, here we will put the dishes. Of course, there should be a gap between the dishes and the pipe so that smoke and fire can escape.
Step Three Legs
We make legs for the furnace, the author used square rods. Be sure to make support in the area of the pallet, you should get a kind of frame for the oven. If there is zinc paint, you can paint the oven.
Step Four Test
We take the floor and fall asleep in the oven between the inner and outer pipes. Instead of sex, you can try using sawdust. The author starts the furnace with a burning piece of paper, after some time fire will go out of the pipe. The author quickly brings the kettle of water to a boil on a burner. As it burns, the floor itself will wake up in the furnace, and to help the process, you can easily knock on the stove.
