I have already translated an article about a small holder of reels with solder and a winding wire. And here is another one, designed and manufactured do it yourself created by Instructables as alomba2014. It is quite large and roomy, it also provides space for two reels with adhesive tape. And with an increase in the length of the axles and the distance between the racks - and for reels with cable markers.
From previous homemade the proposed one is characterized by the use of parts not only from wood, but also from PVC pipes. They are shown below individually:

So, a convenient, roomy holder for various bobbins is ready. If it becomes necessary to make it more stable, you can use clamps, or fix it on the table with stationary screws.
