Manufacturing process.
To create the main part of the future brush, you need to prepare tubules for cocktails with corrugation in the upper part. They simply need to be stretched to the maximum length, trying not to “pull”, preserving the corrugated rings.
In this homemade product - one corrugation around. Now you need a plastic siphon, from which you need to cut the bell, and slightly chamfer. Be careful not to point the cutting edge of the knife into your hand!
Now you need to "compress" the entire corrugated tube from the siphon into a single unit, collecting all the rings together.
The bundle of tubes is selected a slightly larger diameter than can fit in the hole from the former bell, and is pulled together by clerical gum. The edges of the tubes should be slightly wrinkled together, forming a "honeycomb" structure that will not allow air to pass through. Further it will be clear what is meant.
The next process is the qualitative, and uniform heating of the neck of the socket. A temperature-controlled hairdryer is best suited for this.
The bell skirt must be heated to the softening temperature of the plastic, and begin to flatten it with a pair of scraps of planks.
Next, the product must be stopped warming, and set its edge under a small load until completely cooled. Plywood or boards are excellent as a load; they will not be able to cool the product sharply, and you will manage to achieve the desired shape.
After the plastic cools down, its edges are sanded with 120 grit sandpaper.
The following problem occurs. Although the master tried to expand the size of the hole in the socket, he did not achieve the desired diameter.
Partially excess plastic on the inside is cut with a knife, and then processed with a file. So the author achieves a tight connection of the nozzle with the transitional hose.
The inner surface of the hole in the adapter is ground with fine sandpaper, and the parts are ready for further assembly.
The next point is extremely important. I have already mentioned that the tubes must be formed into “cells” between each other. For a perfect fit of the tubes, and complete sealing against parasitic air passage, glue them together with universal glue, and then immediately proceed to the next process. The author realizes this by tightly pulling them together with insulating tape. I recommend using a blue electrical tape, everything will work with it always, for a long time and reliably!

So, everything is ready for assembly. The tube cartridge should fit snugly into the hole in the hose.
If on the tubes, having removed the fixing gum, put on the manufactured bell, then they will form the shape of a broom.
