Step One: Material Procurement
First, the master makes a sawing board. Then he drives the workpiece through the thicknesser.
Step Two: Template
He makes a template out of plywood.
Step Three: Pad
The template sticks to the board with double-sided tape. Mills the workpiece. This blank will be an overlay on the top of the organizer and is designed for different little things.
Further, the master cuts the workpiece to size (width and length), and then saws the workpiece along the plane at an angle. Thus, an overlay, a workpiece with several through cells, was obtained.
Glues two boards (upper part). Glue a pad to them.
Step Four: Tray
Then the master makes a tray, which is located behind the overlay at the top of the organizer. Sawing boards. In one board cuts a series of holes. Glues and sets the tray in place. This part is quite complicated, and the wizard advises you to watch the video for a better understanding of the step.
Step Five: Side Parts
From boards glues panels for the side walls. Cut grooves in them. It connects the side walls and the upper part measures the lower part and the internal partitions. Cuts and sets the bottom and partitions. Everything connects temporarily, without glue.
Step Six: Loops
Marks and cuts out places for loops.
Seventh step: door
Makes the door. Sets the second half of the loop.
Step Eight: Latch
After installing and adjusting the door, the master installs the latch ball.
Step nine: assembly, decoration
Once again, the master collects everything dry. Customize the connections. Apply glue to mating surfaces. After the glue dries, it polishes the organizer with sandpaper and applies the coating.
Step Ten: Drawers
Makes boxes.
Sets the handles.
Sets drawers and doors.
Step eleven: back wall
Cuts and sets the back wall.
All is ready. It remains to install the organizer on the table and fill it with all sorts of small items.
