That’s all, the tool can be put into operation, having previously processed it with vegetable oil, or rosehip oil. A dough ball is placed in the center of the bottom surface. The top cover closes and is pressed firmly by the lever.
The result is just a perfectly round billet for a tortilla obtained in just a couple of seconds. In the same way, you can make blanks for dumplings and dumplings.
As you can see, such a device can be made from improvised materials. And if you can’t find round boards in the store, then square ones will do. In this case, the device itself will turn out to be somewhat larger.
