To create our device we need:
- a drill with the necessary nozzles;
- glue gun;
- brass sleeve of the 12th caliber;
- any flash drive, or rather, its insides without a case;
- a resistor with a resistance of 120 ohms, a power of 0.125 watts;
- finger lamp;
- electrical tape;
- socket for a radio tube;
- a circle with a neckline;
- Light-emitting diode;
- insulating heat pipe;
- soldering iron.
Now we can start assembling our device. We divide the sleeve with tags into 3 parts. Then, according to these marks, we will have to cut it to get several even parts.
Now we take the LED and the insulation thermal conduit. Solder the heat pipe to the LED head.
Now we take a finger lamp, we take out a core from it. In the center of this core, insert the wire and pass it all the way. It turns out that the LED should stick out from one side, and the thermal conductor should go out from the second.
Solder the heat pipe and LED to the USB flash drive.
Now, on the one hand, we need to insert its body onto the core from the finger lamp, and wrap the connection point with electrical tape.
In the place where everything is connected and wrapped with electrical tape, we put on the central part of our sleeve.
Between the electrical tape and the sleeve there will be free space, which will need to be filled with hot glue. Let the hot melt glue dry well, if tubercles remain from the glue, they can be cut with a knife.
