Many people know that silver water is the purest liquid in which there are no harmful microbes. It is useful to give such water to children, and adults too. So, to make ordinary silver water you need a little time.

For work, you should prepare in advance:
- ionizer;
- glass of water;
- a screwdriver.
The household ionizer LK-27 is intended for the preparation of electrolytic solutions of silver, i.e. for silver water. For its disinfection and preservation. It works from a 220V network.
In the case there is a step-down circuit, the output holder with two silver plates.
We include the case in a network. An indicator light is located on it, which will light up only when the electrodes are immersed in water.
Pour ordinary tap water into the glass and lower the electrodes into it and wait. In order for water to be drunk, it is enough to drop 0.05 mg of silver into it, which corresponds to 8 seconds, by which you need to lower the electrodes in 1 liter of water.
To disinfect water from dysentery, typhoid, cholera and other diseases, the silver concentration should be 0.2 mg, i.e. 30 seconds per liter of water.
After a while, a white cloud appears in the water, which form silver ions released from the electrodes.
Store silver water in a dark place. In the light, silver will precipitate. After ionization of water with silver, it becomes slightly unclear.
Now let's see what is inside the body of the Soviet ionizer.
Unscrew the screws with a screwdriver and remove the back cover.
Inside are two twin-walled resistors. Power is connected in series. One of the resistors is connected to the indicator through a neon and an ordinary diode. The second resistor is connected to the toggle switch.
Why do we need this toggle switch. In the process, silver plates are produced, dissolved, so you have to change the polarity of the plates. On one stands “+”, on the other “-”, one plate is produced more, the other less. By reversing the polarity, we align the plate production.
