Those who have their own gardens have probably experienced the problem of bird raid and spoilage of garden crops ... Garden owners struggle with these problems in different ways, but the most effective way to get rid of unnecessary attention of birds is to scare them away ... You can frighten birds in different ways: stuffed animals, bottles, etc. And today in this article I just want to tell you how you can make the “repeller” of birds yourself out of improvised devices ...
So, for our homemade work we will need:
- a plastic bottle with a volume of 0.5 liters. (you can take more);
- felt-tip pen;
- knife (cutter) or scissors;
- steel wire;
- foil;
- tripod (stick) ...
So, first you need to draw four vertical lines with a felt-tip pen and add horizontal lines (to get the four letters "C") ...
Next, gently cut with a knife (cutter) or scissors along the lines and bend the edges of the bottle as shown in the photo ...
Then we pass through the cap and fasten the steel wire at the bottom of the bottle ...
For the best effect on the “wings” of our bottle we attach small pieces of foil ...
Next, we attach the end of the steel wire to the tripod (stick) as shown in the photo ...
That's all!!! Our "bird repeller" is ready ... Now we install it in the garden, and when the wind blows, the bottle will spin, and the foil attached to the "wings" of the bottle will glare and scare away the birds ...
Good luck ...
