Nuts are a very useful fruit for the human body, which not only improves mental abilities, but also gives strength and energy. Of course, you can buy a ready-made nut cracker in a store, but it can be expensive.
Necessary materials
• Aluminum washer (diameter about 8.5 cm) - 1 piece
• Machine for processing aluminum parts
• Drill with a drill for metal
• 3 aluminum rods with a diameter of 1.4 cm, 0.7 cm, 2.5 cm
• Bolt (1 piece)
• Nut (1 piece - by bolt size)
• Washer (1 piece by bolt size)

• Thread 8 cm long and 1 cm diameter
The first thing we need is to make a drawing of a nut cracker.
On a special machine it is necessary to grind the washer from all sides.
To do this, take the workpiece and place it in the machine.
Drill a hole in the center of the washer with a drill. Then, on the machine, increase it to a diameter of approximately 5 cm. This will be enough to fit the nut.
One part of the circle must be made even so that in the future the nut cracker is stable. To do this, put a wooden block under the bottom of the washer, and several sheets of paper and a metal bar on top. Screw the bolt into it and fix it with the washer and nut. Secure with a clamp.
Unscrew the nut, washer, bolt and remove the bars. Then you need to put a circle and secure with a clamp. From the top in the middle, drill a hole with a drill. Using a fishing rod, cut the thread.
Fasten the rod with a diameter of 2.5 cm in a vice (total length of about 4 cm).
Then drill holes: inside, into which the thread will be twisted (1 cm in diameter) and one through (0.7 cm in diameter).
An aluminum rod with a diameter of 0.7 cm should be about 7 cm long. An external thread should be cut on both sides.
Cut two washers of 2 cm each from an aluminum rod (1.4 cm) and drill holes with a diameter of 0.7 cm in them on one side.
Now you can start collecting device. Screw the thread tightly into the shaft (2.5 cm) so that it faces down. Insert an aluminum rod (0.7 cm) at the top, screw the washers (1.4 cm) on both sides.
Insert the resulting structure into the hole on the metal circle.
In order to make it easier to chop nuts, it is necessary to make a small nut from the aluminum rod (2.5 cm) and screw it onto the thread.
