We will need:
- board 21x11 cm;
- kitchen knife;
- four bolts 11 cm long, 8 mm in diameter;
- a cover from a plastic bottle;
- pin;
- nuts;
- washers;
- drill or screwdriver.
The first step is to drill two holes at the points shown in the figure below. The distances shown are in millimeters.
We put bolts into the holes, put on the washers and fasten with nuts.
Now, in the middle of the bolt, it is necessary to create a peculiar design of three nuts and two washers. To do this, we wind one nut, put a washer on top of it, and put another nut on the washer with the side part. The middle nut, which was placed on its side, is fixed with another washer and a third nut.
On the lid you need to drill a hole in the center.
We also make teeth on the lid.
We twist the lamb onto one bolt.
We screw the bolt with the lamb into the nut, which was fixed between the two washers in the middle of the first bolt.
We wind it up to about the middle, after which we put on the nut, cover and fix it with another nut.
On the second bolt you need to fix the clothespin. This should be done the same way as in the case of a bolt, which was attached to the side.
We insert the kitchen knife into the clothespin, making a small hole on the board for it so that it does not stagger. It should be noted that the knife needs to be turned a little to the side.
The device for slicing potatoes is ready. It works according to the following principle. Put the potatoes on a wooden skewer and put on the lid.
Holding the knife, rotate the bolt with the lid so that the knife touches the stick noticeably.
