Electric furnace for melting metals

For some people, country house - This is not only a place to relax, but also a place to work and hobbies. Therefore, now consider how to make an electric furnace for melting metals.

Tool Required:

1) Drill.

2) Discs for sawing concrete and stone.

3) Hat, respirator, goggles.

4) Felt-tip marker, pencil and ruler.
5) Drills with different diameters.

The standard scheme to create an electric furnace for melting metals consists of ten basic elements with a capacity of more than 20 liters. From the very beginning, small separate blocks are sawn from solid bricks, after which they are drilled in the places where the wire will be placed, namely fechral. Fechral due to the fact that it is able to withstand temperatures up to 1500 degrees. Nichrome wires are not suitable, since at this temperature they simply melt.

Step 1. From the very beginning, the pan for the future stove is boiled. It should be well cooked - without any spaces. Legs are also added to it - for maximum stability.

Step 2 The main block file that will go to the bottom.

Step 3 Block groove and file - they will go for the oven.

Step 4 In addition, it is necessary to grind in such a way that the lower region, which will be the bottom of the whole structure, will have a grooved shelf, so that the spiral then lies inside the recess where it will be installed.

Step 5 After that, a thorough miscalculation of all sizes is carried out.

Step 6 After that, you need to glue the brick together with a special refractory mortar.

Step 7 After carefully laying and gluing the bricks, it is necessary with this very solution to cover the entire surface of the furnace.

Step 8 Create a cover. As a cover, in principle, you can take a part from a standard insulator from a high-voltage power line - they can be found very often, since many simply fail or do not withstand the temperature difference - they simply burst. But at the same time, it is important to consider that the stove itself must completely dry, since the stove can simply fall apart.

After the stove is dried, it will be possible to begin testing and begin to melt a wide variety of metals, such as aluminum, for example.
