A collimator sight is a so-called “quick sight”. To aim, just turn weapons so that the red dot on the glass hits the target. Such a sight combines the advantages of both an open and an optical sight, because it allows you to use two eyes when aiming a weapon at a target, which significantly increases the field of view. At the same time, it can be combined with a magnifying lens ... But all this applies to expensive sights designed for serious weapons. The same model - the simplest! There is no optical zoom in it. The LED projects a red dot onto a screen of slightly tinted glass. (Due to spraying, the point is clearly visible even in bright sun).The case is made of plastic, so it is not suitable for use on real weapons. But for homemade - just right! Fastens to a bar of 11 mm. The amplitude of the attachment is very large, so it is easy to fix on any bar, about this width. It does not require special tools - fastening is carried out using a conventional screwdriver. The adjustment has a very large amplitude, and is performed by rotating the fingers of two handwheels - horizontal and vertical.
The sight is powered by a single cr2025 battery, but the landing socket is designed in such a way that the cr2032 is easily placed there. If you do not forget to turn it off - enough for a long time!)))))
