Unusual plywood shelf design. For its assembly did not need glue, nails or other fixing materials. Assembly of the shelf in working condition is carried out only due to the grooves made in the design of the shelf itself. Therefore, it is perfect for those who like to move often, or simply as a seasonal shelf, which can be quickly removed, assembled and used, and then just as easily dismantled and put into the pantry.

Description of the manufacture of easily collapsible shelves from plywood:
Step one. The choice of design.
The author needed shelves for use in his temporary residence. Therefore, the shelves should have been quite cheap and easy to assemble and disassemble. Therefore, 6 mm plywood was chosen as the main material.
After determining the material, a small sketch was made in the CorelDraw program.
Step Two Cutting parts.
After creating the circuit for the laser machine. Plywood was laid in it and parts were cut. In principle, the design of the shelf is quite simple and can be cut with the help of a conventional saw or a jigsaw no worse, so the presence of a laser cutting machine is not necessary when assembling a shelf of this design.
Step Three External processing of the product.
After the necessary details were received, the author proceeded to their processing. To give a more pleasant look to the product, its parts were varnished. After that, the grooves for joining the shelves were additionally processed with a file, as there were problems with assembly.
Step Four Shelf assembly.
After the file solved the problems of joining the grooves, the author proceeded to collect the shelves. No glue or nails were required for this. The whole structure is assembled and held at the expense of its own weight through the grooves made, while it is quite reliable and stable.
The only fastening elements that the author needed were several metal corners and bolts with nuts in order to fix the shelf to the wall.
As a result, we have these shelves. Simplicity of design, lack of fasteners, resulting in easy assembly and disassembly, and all this for a minimum price equal to several sheets of plywood.
