The basis of the design is a pedal drive from a bicycle, which is mounted on a frame frame. A hopper with a grater drum is installed on it. You can make a drum from a can or thin stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5-0.8 mm. Its diameter is from 150 to 300 mm. It is rigidly mounted on a shaft or axis with a mounted bearing (the shaft is mounted on the frame frame of the housing). The drum is covered with a lid with a handle that feeds the wiped product. The pedals are connected to the axis by a chain and an asterisk. Under the grater on the frame frame put a trough for the wiped product. A seat is mounted at the other end of the frame. So the grater is ready. Legs spin the drum, and hands, holding the handle of the lid, press vegetables or another product to the grater. The drum can be made replaceable, with larger or smaller holes (on average 5-6 mm), depending on what you process: sugar beets for syrup or cabbage for pickling.
