DIY do-it-yourself jigsaw

For this tool, the author needed: a profile pipe is not a big piece, an electric motor, sheet metal No. 4 from it, the author cut out a file holder and a frame for a jigsaw, he also needs blades for a jigsaw, bolts with wing nuts, washers and a still small piece of sheet metal No. 2 -3 for mounting the motor.


The author will connect the saw holder and the profile pipe together

for this he will make a hole in these details

under the bolt

Then the motor mounts will be welded to the profile pipe

Then he made a hole for attaching the paintings in the holder

inserted bolts into the holes and grabbed them with welding

But before welding the lower bolt, he put the part from the profile pipe and the motor mount in its place.

Then the author tried on the canvas

Then he stretched the canvas and fixed it with wing nuts.

Then he drilled a hole in the center of the bed

then set the bed by threading the canvas through the hole

and welded it to the profile pipe

Then he strengthened the motor.

Further, the author has carved such a wheel

then drilled a hole in it

and put a screw into this hole

Thus, the author turned out an eccentric shaft. He put this shaft on the axis of the motor.

By the next step, the author drilled a hole in the connecting rod holder

He used steel wire as a connecting rod

made one turn of wire around the cam

then bent one edge of the wire in this way and passed it into the hole on the holder

He took a bite too much.

Then he soldered the power to the motor and the author made such a jigsaw.

And in the end, the author made a tool test for performance.
