To begin with, the author took two pieces of a profile pipe with dimensions of 30 mm by 25 mm.
One of the pieces is slightly shorter than the second.
He then outlined the places for through holes.
I made holes on one 5 mm, the second on 8 mm.
Then he made one more hole in these places.
Then he cut out unnecessary pieces and removed them with pliers.
Further, the author cut the thread in the holes by 5 mm.
Then he took two pieces of a square rod 130 mm long.
He made marks and, holding the rods in a vice, made holes, first with a small drill and then with a 5.5 mm drill.
After cutting the threads in these holes.
Then the author took such a mount. From it he will make clamps, cutting off all unnecessary.
He then took the epoxy.
He threaded the M 6 bolt into a plastic sleeve and filled it with epoxy.
He put a washer on top and tightened it all with a nut.
From the outside, the author also plastered the plastic sleeve with epoxy and put on a rubber sleeve.
After I twisted this bolt with bushings into a square bar.
I took a nut in a plastic case, poured an epoxy into it and screwed it onto the bolt. (You can replace such a nut with a regular wing nut.)
Then connected all the details.
The author advises taking this bolt a little shorter for more convenient operation.
These are the two clips came from the author.
So they look after installation on a bed of a drilling machine.
Thank you all very much. See you in the next article.
