Step One: Project
First, the Fusion 360 program develops a hearth project.
Step two: procurement of parts
By cuts out the details.
Step Three: Side
Glues the side parts.
Step Four: Swivel Part
Assembles two turning parts. Parts of the rocker arm are connected by dowels; to ensure alignment, it uses a device for installing dowels.
Step Five: Build
Collects wooden parts of the hearth. The protruding parts of the dowel are cut by a Japanese saw.
Sets the transverse lower trims (legs).
Step Six: Assembling the Rotator
The swivel part rotates on wooden dowels mounted on both sides. Drills holes in both parts of the rotary device for installing the upper and lower handles, and the rotary dowel. On the side walls of the hearth, drills a hole for a rotary dowel. Installs a rotary dowel.
Seventh step: grinding
Grinds and varnishes a product.
Step Eight: Metal Tank
Stainless steel cuts the workpiece containers. Assembles a container using a mounting bracket.
Secures the container. It uses tube sleeves to isolate from wooden parts.
Step Nine: Metal Mesh
Installs a rotary device.
Fastens a grid on the rotary device and the back wall of the center.
The hearth is ready. Kindle the fire.
