Step One: Template
In the program Photoshop makes a sketch of the picture. Prints on a printer. The master prints the template mirrored on two sheets.
Step Two: Burning the Pattern
Sticks a template on a plate. So that the workpiece does not move, nails it to the board with nails. A pyrograph cuts through a drawing. Then removes paper and cut pieces.
Step Three: Acrylic
Cut acrylic to the size of the plate.
Handles the edges.
Measures the size of a clockwork.
Acrylic cuts out in the center to set the clockwork.
Burner slightly melts the edge. Then polishes the surface of acrylic.
Step Four: Setting the Clock
Epoxy adhesive glues the clockwork to acrylic.
Step Five: LED Strip
Connects LED strip. Insulates heat shrink.
Cuts the tape to the desired length. Adheres LED strip.
Checks the operation of the LEDs.
Step Six: Install Vinyl
Removes arrows and decorative cover.
Installs vinyl. Fixes with a nut.
Sets arrows. Cuts them to the desired length.
Seventh step: hook
Sticks brass tubes to the back of the watch.
Fastens the hook.
Hangs the clock on the wall.
Here's how to use a seemingly unnecessary thing to make a useful and beautiful thing.
The whole process of making watches can be seen in the video.
