Hi everyone, when replacing the batteries in the battery with lithium, there are still quite working batteries, such as this one for 12V.
From this battery, you can make a very decent charging station for a mobile phone or tablet. I will use a step-down unit with which I turn the voltage of 12V into 5V.
At the output of the unit, install a USB socket for connection. We connect the plus and minus to the extreme conclusions, and close the two middle ones. If this is not done, the phone will think that it is connected to the computer and will charge with a current of 500mA and our unit will really give out 3A.
With this station, I charged my phone 8 times, almost any assembly that you pulled out of the drill can be used again.
