When soldering, unhealthy vapors are formed. To reduce the negative effects of vapors, the ideal solution is a smoke absorber or exhaust fan with a duct to the street. Presented here model optionally equipped with a carbon filter. Of course, its effectiveness is lower than the hood or smoke absorber, but if you solder a little, then it will be enough.

Step One: Project
In AutoCAD, the wizard made a design for the device. As can be seen in the photo, the fans are fixed on the base and the extreme ones are rotated at an angle.
Step Two: Build
Cuts cardboard in size. The angle between the extreme fans should be 120 degrees. With glue fixes fans. Sets the socket and switch.
Step Three: Connect
Wiring is performed according to the scheme.
Step Four: Staining
Coat cardboard with paint.
Step Five: Carbon Filter
The master did not install a carbon filter, but indicated the possibility of installing it.
Step Six: Testing
After assembling the device, the Master conducts its tests. In the first photos you can see the soldering without a working device, while the smoke rises. Then the fans turn on and the smoke pulls to the side.
