And then on this line, made marks for future holes.
Made four holes 2 mm in diameter. (The holes should be as close to each other as possible.)
Then in the center of the bar will make a hole of 6 mm, but not through.
After four holes have been made previously, the author will make a groove using the needle file.
Next he will take a brass stand.
And a nut with a 2 mm hole on one of the faces.
Also on this nut, the threaded hole is drilled up to 6 mm. By installing the rack in the nut and holding it all in a vice.
The master will make a hole in the rack.
In this hole, the author will cut the thread M 2.5.
Then I screwed the bolt and nut into the rack.
And holding it in a drill chuck.
With the help of a file I sharpened a little rack. Thus, adjusting its size to the desired.
She should freely go into the hole of the bar, but not hang out in it.
Next, tap M-7.0x1.0.

The differences between the new workpiece and the previous one are only in that it is round in shape and the thread in it is M-8.
In it, the author twisted a piece of a hairpin with a through 4 mm hole in the center.
At the end of the brass part, the master cut the M-2 thread.
Then he took a piece of the M-10 bolt.
And make a hole in it with a diameter of 4 mm to a depth of 16 mm.
Then 2.5 mm to a depth of 7 mm.
And at the end of 7 mm to a depth of 6 mm.
Then I cut the thread M-8.
And twisting a bolt into the workpiece.
Done everything unnecessary.
After grinding, the author succeeded, such a cap.
Together with the cap, the master made another part (pusher).
The author made it from a brass stand, having drilled a hole in it and screwed in an M-2 bolt.
To make the next part, the master took a copper bar. Brass or aluminum is also suitable, but the master had copper. In this blank he made a cut to the middle, stepping back a little from the edge.
Then sawing off the excess.
Well heated the workpiece to a high temperature.
And immersed her in cold water.
After the workpiece cooled down, the author clamped it in a vice and gave it the desired shape with a hammer.
After processed this workpiece with a file. In the end result, the author got such a detail.
Then the author processed all the details with sandpaper, periodically wetting it with water.
After polished with a felt circle with Goi paste.
He cleaned the traces of the paste with a rag dipped in gasoline to refuel lighters.
After all the operations done, the master began assembling the keychain.
On a sleeve with a bolt, he installed a cut piece of the rod from a ballpoint pen.
Then installs the rod with the sleeve in the housing.
And screw the stud with a through hole.
In order not to damage the threads on the hairpin, the author wrapped the lips of the pliers with electrical tape.
Then it rotates the sleeve so that the hole on the sleeve coincides with the groove on the body.
And spins the previously made pusher.
Then puts on a spring.
And winds the cap.
