Good day to all the residents of our sites. Somehow early in the morning I had the idea to decorate my keys with a keychain, but I did not want to buy it, I decided to make it myself. The keychain itself was planned to be made in the form of an android, since I have been communicating with it for a long time, so in connection with this, the idea was taken to create a keychain talisman.
In order to create such an original keychain do it yourself we will need tools such as:
* Jigsaw, with a small supply of files to it, in case of breakage, to replace it with a new one.
* Emery paper, several types are needed, more specifically, grit from coarse to fine null.
* Small vise.
* A board or, as in my case, oak parquet, is a fairly durable material.
*Pencil.
* Varnish of green and red colors.
After all the components are assembled, you can proceed to assembly.
The first step will be marking the right part of the floor, for our keychain 5 cm is enough.
Next, you need to make the contour of the android, and a jigsaw will be cut along it. Our android, like everyone will have ears, a head with a distinguished neck, arms and legs. When the circuit is ready, you can clamp the parquet in a vise and start cutting parts.
The first thing you need to cut is the extra edges of the perket, since its width is too much for such a small trinket.
We do it on both sides. After that, you need to make the workpiece thinner on one side, so that the android is not too thick.
For convenience, the first thing I sawed from the parts of the keychain was the ears. First, the free space is cut, the distance between the ears should be about 1 cm, and then the edges of the ears are cut out so that there are such plates that after treatment will look like ears.
When the base for the ears is already cut out, you can do the keychain hands cutting by simply sawing the edge to the right and left a little lower from the ears. Since the android is small, then his hands will be the same size, we will limit their size with a jigsaw.
Having cut the previous part of the body of the keychain, we go to the lower part, that is, to the legs and torso. With a jigsaw, we cut along the marked line to get the same as in the photo.
As it turned out, with the thickness I lost a little, I had to saw off a little more in front.
After the thickness is adjusted, we cut out only the part we need from the plates under the ears, and then we cut it in the place where the head ends, there will be an android neck.
We will cut off the blank from the whole parquet floor and proceed to grinding.
Hands should be sanded around the edges and ears, and then all parts should be rounded.
At the end, the keychain can be painted green with elements of red, and a ring can be made in the head in order to hang its key chain.
