Step one: trailer
From an aluminum profile, the master assembles a frame. Establishes a bridge, fastens the wheels. Installs a tow hitch.
The trailer is ready. Now you can bring the necessary material on it.
Step Two: Frame
Now the master makes a wooden base frame. Secures it to the trailer.
Sews a frame with plywood sheet.
Paints the frame.
The internal space of the frame sections is filled with insulating material.
Step Three: Side Walls
The side walls are made on the principle of sandwich panels.
Lay out plywood sheets. Cuts to size. Cuts window and doorways.
On the contour of the panels and in the inner part fastens the trims.
Installs thermal material.
Installs the second wall of the panel. Secures the panels to the trailer.
Step Four: The Roof
Before closing the middle part, the master mounts the table and sets up the sink.
Next installs jumper panels between the panels.
Stretches wires.
Glues thermal material and covers the top with plywood.
Step Five: Kitchen Compartment and Lift Door
In the back of the van, the master made a utility compartment. There will be a sink, air conditioning, shower, pump, gas stove. The back is closed by a door that rises up.
The principle of building the door is the same, a sandwich panel.
The door is connected to the body with a hinge.
Installs a lock.
Makes windows into the residential part of the van.
Sheathes the inside of the door with fabric. Installs shock absorbers.
Step Six: Sheathing
Outside, the master covers the trailer with metal sheets.
Seventh step: windows, doors
Installs windows and doors.
Step Eight: Electrical Parts
According to the scheme, it installs electrical equipment. The trailer can be powered by both solar panels and a household electrical network. The solar panel is mounted on the roof of the trailer. Installs and connects air conditioning, sockets, fan.
The trailer is ready.
