Vibro bot

Hello! Today I will show how to make a vibro robot do it yourself from improvised means.

Materials
2 toothbrushes
Ice cream stick
CR2032 battery (you can have another similar one)
Electric motor
Ceiling tile (cardboard available)
Not big nuts
Wires
Double-sided tape
Switch
Eraser
Solder
Rosin

Instruments;
Scissors
Nippers
Thermal gun
Soldering iron

Step 1.

To get started, take toothbrushes and bite off the handles.
(One of me was already bitten off)

like this

Then we take a stick from ice cream and measure out 6cm

Then saw off these 6cm

After we glue the thermo brush pistol to the ice cream stick.

Now we take the electric motor and glue it with a thermo pistol to the stick with brushes

Step 2

We take 2 wires of about 3cm and clean them

like this

now we take a strip of double-sided tape and glue these wires there

like this

Now glue the battery on top of the wires

then wrap it

And cut the excess

Peel off the second layer of masking tape

And glue it under our robot

Step 3

Take the switch

take 2 wires of about 4cm

We clean from both sides

And solder to the switch

Now solder one end of the battery to the engine and the other through the switch to the engine

(I cut off the capacitor because it was in the way)

Then we glue the thermo gun switch to the motor

Now put the eraser on the shaft of the electric motor

We fix the screws on the double-sided tape so that robot rode straight

Now cut a piece of ceiling tile (cardboard possible) 9x3cm

Tear off the second layer of double-sided tape on the robot

And glue the ceiling tile (or cardboard)

Now we stick double-sided tape on the other side of the ceiling tile (or cardboard)

Rip off the second layer

Wrap and glue on the motor

Cut off the excess

We draw his eyes and mouth

By cutting the brushes you adjust where he goes.
It can also be adjusted by installing different nuts.

... In Russia, there was a hungry year ....))))
To get started, take toothbrushes and bite off the handles.
(One of me was already bitten off)

Already brought teeth together
And I do not have a brush! I stole a paperweight office !!!!
"square" battery, light bulbs from a flashlight ....

... which were fastened with a rubber band from the bicycle camera to a short contact, and then, pressing a long one, "turned on and off the flashlight"
engine from the toy (two magnet cubes on the sides of the rotor cylinder, remember these?)

Which were fastened with plasticine to the place of the broken body of the toy "truck", the same rubber band made the drive to the "pair" of the rear wheel, and the wiring stretched to the hands, where there was the same "square" battery ....
All the same, there are eternal values in this world. yes
36 years ago.
As now the picture is in front of my eyes: I am young, a shoe brush, a piece of plasticine, a motor from a toy, an eraser, a telephone wire and a square battery.
* brushed away the mean male tear of tenderness *
Compare the maximum current of CR2032 and the current consumption of your applied ED.
Unless, of course, this has already passed! I started my experiments with a “square” battery, light bulbs from a flashlight and a toy engine (do you remember two magnet cubes on the sides of the rotor cylinder?) Back in the first class, I had no idea either about current or voltage, and especially about power! smile
I do not understand why the switch? Twisted two wires and let's go! It will not go far, the battery will quickly die (if it does not fall off the vibration before)! smile Although, if the master is very young, then WITH REASON!, and experience and knowledge are acquired, there would be a desire! smile
The word "spell checker" is shorter than the words "spell checker." ;)
And the young man, perhaps, will be clearer. )))
skip text through spell checker

Or through a spell checker! ...)))) ...
Uh ... Or is entot a check-speller better? ))))
My young friend, I understand that in your class not all the rules of the Russian language are studied yet, but who prevents you from passing the text through a spell checker? This is the first.
Secondly, it seems that you are trained to use the Internet to some extent. So who bothers you before you do something, get acquainted with the technical characteristics of the equipment planned for use? Compare the maximum current of CR2032 and the current consumption of your applied ED.
I’ll keep silent about small mistakes.
