Good day to all. It's already mid-November on the street, which means that snow and frost are just around the corner. It's time to take care of the birds wintering in our area. Here is the author of the channel “George Kosilov” and the hero of this article decided to make a feeding trough with lighting and automatic feed for birds.
To do this, he took an old aluminum pan.
A piece of copper strip is 0.5 mm thick, and 80 mm wide.

Plexiglass or as it is also called plexiglass.

An old plastic sleeve from a vacuum cleaner.
A couple of bolts with nuts and a small piece of knitting wire.
First of all, the author cut off all the excess from the pan.
It turned out such a ring with a width of 70 mm.
After he took the copper strip and wrapped it around the ring.
By applying solder paste to one of the edges of the strip.
Then he pulled the strip well with wire.
And he began to solder the strip.
After soldering, removed the wire. So it happened.
Then he took sandpaper.
And well-crafted copper part, with water.
Then he removed the leg from the flashlight, it will not be useful to him. Anyway, for this homemade.
After disassembled the upper part of the flashlight and measured this part of the flashlight.
Then he made a hole, already in the copper-aluminum part. The size of the hole is equal to the size of the transparent part of the flashlight.
Fitting.
Also, the author shortened the transparent part a little.
Then stepping back from the edge of the main hole 96 mm.
Also made a hole, approximately 8 mm drill. On the other hand, he acted in a similar way.
Next, plexiglass sealed with masking tape.
And taking measurements from the former pan.
Transferred them to masking tape on plexiglass.
The author needs two such details.
In the middle of each such part there should be a hole with a diameter of 110 mm.
The author will cut the plexiglass with an electric jigsaw with a metal file installed.
Removing adhesive tape from finished parts and fitting.
Then the author fat-free copper.
And coat it with varnish.
So that it does not oxidize.
After the varnish has dried, the master will install the Plexiglas parts in their place and fix them with mounting glue.
The gap between the parts from plexiglass and the body, it will also fill with glue.
And so that the seam is not visible, the master will glue the cable.
And the excess glue will remove with a rag.
Then attach the chain to the case with bolts and nuts.
Then cut off a strip of about 80 mm wide from plexiglass.
And he will make grooves on the edges under the sleeve from the vacuum cleaner. (The author shortened the sleeve a little.)
After warming the glass with a construction hairdryer, it was installed in the middle of homemade work.
The edges are also glued with a cable.
Then he installed the sleeve and fixed it with hot glue.
And he replaced the flashlight.
After he poured various cereals into the finished homemade product.
And he hung a feeder on a tree in the garden. It seems to me that the birds should approve such a feeder.
