Manufacturing process.
First of all, the author puts the chain on the plate, forms the future form of the instrument. To do this, he puts a washer and a piece of steel bar.
Then fixes the workpiece in several places with wood screws.
Previously, everything looks like this.
Now the author proceeds to welding, grabs all the moving parts of the chain by welding, without touching the link on the bend.
It doesn’t look very good so far, but the processing is still ahead. Unscrews the screws and removes the workpiece. The bar and washer are no longer needed.
Now thoroughly boils the links between each other. Hard handles are obtained.
Of course, after welding there were flaws and irregularities. Handles device grinder with a petal stripping disk.
The tool is ready for testing, you can eat fresh nuts!
