I decided to show another very interesting model a fantastic aircraft that my friend created based on the Hunter-Killer aerial from the movie Terminator.
I don’t know a single young man who wouldn’t watch the Terminator feature film and admire his exploits, but only a few people built a model based on the aircraft from this film.
Naturally, no one saw the drawings of this apparatus, and I doubt that such existed at all. After all, the fantastic world shown on the screen and this exotic flying machine is a figment of the imagination of scriptwriters and artists. Therefore, my friend made a model from this picture.
First, he chose the scale of the future model.
Then he took a roll of old wallpaper and drew all the details on it, cut them out and then transferred the drawing to the ceiling tile (ceiling).
Inside the central part of the fuselage, if you can call it the hull of this aircraft, which is glued from two layers of the ceiling, a carbon fiber tube with a diameter of 6 mm has been installed for strength.
The reinforcement strip is mounted both in the horizontal and in the vertical plane. On which the workpieces of the parts of the rotating part of the engines are mounted.
The model is planned to be made with all the lighting effects.
Billets are made for the cylindrical parts of the engines - "barrels". Details of the fastening of these "barrels" to the fuselage are installed.
To bend the ceiling to get the desired shape, a technical hairdryer is used.
The author tried to make the fittings as easily as possible.
Coaxial motors with 8 X 4 screws, preserved from old models, will be installed as turbines.

Bottom of the turbines are mounted steering wheels, controlled thrust vector.
Slots are cut for sufficient airflow to the screws.
The tail unit, which acts as a chassis, is reinforced with wooden rulers.
The support in the nose of the fuselage is also made of a wooden ruler.
As construction progresses, the weight of the model increases. Exterior sheathing from the ceiling adds a lot of weight.
A third motor with a screw will be installed in the bow of the device.
A systematic tightening of the fuselage is carried out by the ceiling.
In the rear of the fuselage are stabilizers.
Everything is cleared. For the period of current work, the turbines are removed.

Slots for screws increase.
Conventional screws are connected to make four-bladed 8 X 4.
The primer and painting of various parts of the model begins.
Length -1250mm, width -800mm, height (on turbines) - 225mm, take-off weight 870g.
LEDs are being installed. An important detail is established - a cannon.
Mounted spotlights in the nose of the fuselage.

Small parts are installed, wires are attached, individual parts are tinted.
