Manufacturing process.
So, the author purchased in a sports store just such a punching bag with a mount. Now he needs to figure out how to hang it. Marks the center on a plywood sheet 700 mm wide.
He then draws a circle of 680 mm in diameter using a home-made compass. Then he cuts the workpiece with an electric jigsaw.
Scraps should not be thrown away, they will still come in handy.
Now it processes the edges with an orbital sander, and then manually with sandpaper.
Marks future supports on scraps. For a radius edge, uses a piece of plastic, bending it with an arc.

Paints the shield and frame with varnish for interior use, or with a primer.
Now spray paint the shield in white.
Having driven the cloves into a pair of boards, he paints the frame black.
Now screw the frame to the shield.
Removes the mount from the pear, screws it to the center of the shield.
