Today, my story about the amazing B-2 Spirit aircraft model is intended for you, and I want to start it by saying the author of the project about the prototype aircraft model.
It would seem that it’s easier - look at the plane and make a smaller copy, but not everything turned out to be so simple!

The author more than once proceeded to create this aircraft model, but this project seemed very difficult to implement, and each time the author postponed further work on its creation.
For the first time, the volumetric production of a model from foam was started, in order to more accurately determine the forms of the model, which turned out to be quite complex, with a detailed examination. Yes, and the control system model was still not fully understood.
And only a year later, the author returned to the continuation of this project.
And, again, the study of individual elements and the model as a whole.
The designs of air ducts, upper and lower surfaces of the model, power units and bomb bays are being worked out.
Finally, real work has begun on creating the model. The model framework has been created, pasting with foam and its processing is carried out.
The author was lucky to find electronic documents for the aircraft "V-2:".
This is how the process of creating an aircraft model goes.
The installation angles of the wing consoles are especially carefully checked.
The design is reinforced by pine slats.
Ribs cut from plywood are glued.
Places for installing impellers and air ducts are being prepared.
Various manufacturing options for the nozzle are being tested.

Unfortunately, the author did not give further information about the work on the creation of this aircraft model. Perhaps in the future, we will learn about her fate.
