Step One: Material Procurement
After making the necessary calculations, the master cuts the tiles.
Cuts a profile and a corner.
Removes burrs.
Step Two: Frame Welding
Welds the bottom frame.
Step Three: Feet
Welds legs, welds them to the frame.
Step Four: Decorative Elements
Welds decorative elements. Welds them between the legs. Two bridges are welded below.
Step Five: Cleaning, Polishing
It cleans the surface of the frame with a special composition. It then grinds and polishes the frame with polishing paste.
Step Six: Insert Tiles
To insert a tile into a decorative element, the master cuts the tiles of different colors with triangles and glues them with a square. Then the tile is ground and glued into the square of the decorative element.
Seventh step: facing
Before facing the tiles, the master installs the end caps.
Then, according to the instructions, it spreads epoxy and glues the frame from the tile.
Step Eight: Top Frame
Now you can weld the upper frame and connect it to the lower, vertical posts.
Step Nine: Planting
Fills soil with fertilizer in a flower bed. Planting and watering flowers.
The flower garden is ready.
