Good day to all. In one of the previous articles I told how the author of the channel “cemaL A »AR” did homemade from a gas cylinder, in that article he used only the lower part of the cylinder, and in this article the author will show what he made from the upper part of that cylinder.
MATERIALS:
Upper part of the cylinder;
Forged elements: leaves and currencies;
Old rubber massage pad with spikes;
Glass worktop;
Steel wire approximately 6 mm;
Black and green paint;
Side cutters;
INSTRUMENTS:
Welding machine;
Electrodes
Glue "moment";
Scissors;
Angle grinder with a cutting wheel for metal;
Vise
Paint brush;
Electric drill;
Drill;
Pliers;
Hammer;
Vise
First of all, the author took and welded three forged elements to the blank from the cylinder, these will be the legs of the table.
After he took a larger currency, tried on and cut off the excess.
On it made a couple more of these details.
Then I welded these parts to the cylinder, as in the photo.
After determined the length of the wire blanks.
And cut off three pieces.
Then he took one of the pieces of wire, and one edge of it was welded to the leg.
After wrapped the wire in currency.
With the rest of the blanks, the author did the same and wrapped them in two more currencies. The remaining edges of the wire, the author wound on the handle of the cylinder as shown in the photo.
Then he took the finished leaves and welded them to the edges of the wire.
In these places, the author has additionally welded a piece of wire and a sheet.
After painted the finished frame in black.
After, a little green painted leaves and wire.
It turned out like this.
After the paint has dried, the author made one non-through hole in each currency. 26
Then he took three rubber spikes.
And on the sharp part, each of the three spikes applied a little glue.
And set them in the holes made earlier.
Like this.
Set glass on top and the coffee table is ready. Thanks to the author, for such a simple and interesting home-made.
And that’s all for me. Thank you all and see you soon!
