I often met with how to more or less tear off aluminum foil evenly.
But it always turns out, somehow it’s not so.
Constantly stall turns out to be crooked, and not the right size.
I'm in this homemade I want to share my idea of how this can be solved.
For this, I took:
Laminated chipboard 18 mm thick.
Dimensions:
1. The bottom is 300 * 86 1 piece. In the future, No. 1.
2. Sidewalls - 300 * 50 2 pieces. In the future, No. 2.
3. End caps-86 * 68 2 pieces. In the future, No. 3.
It is best to glue all the blanks in a circle with a furniture edge (this is for moisture resistance). If the blanks are made of wood, this is not necessary.
I used a couple of meters of furniture edge for the sticker. Heating with an iron tightly press the edge to the workpieces with a cloth.
After I cut off the excess edges with a clerical knife and, I lightly wipe it with sandpaper.
We will also need two furniture flanges of 25 mm, for fixing the inner tube also 25 mm. (We take the tube from furniture accessories for hanging clothes hangers)
30 mm screws - 10 pcs. You can also use confirmations (furniture screed), but device very small so I used ordinary 30 mm screws, and the price is cheaper.

On blanks No. 3-86 * 68 mm, mark the following, as in the photo.
Now let’s mark the awl with a mark (this is necessary so that the drill does not slip on the laminate)
We take a drill-feather, with a diameter of 25 mm (under the diameter of the pipe) and drill through holes on both parts. Only from the bottom you need to substitute another piece of laminate, just when drilling it can, on the other hand, pull the plane very hard.

We also mark with an awl. We need a drill with a diameter of 4-4.5 mm. Drill half the thickness of the part. This is necessary so that as much as possible the details are pulled together.
Let's start the assembly.
We collect parts No. 2 and No. 3 on both sides, turn over and overlay the bottom No. 1. Arbitrarily, put together.
Next, insert the tubes with a reel of aluminum foil.
We center, (so that the tube enters freely) first from the front side, fasten the flange to 16 mm screws. Then, from the back, we also fix it.
We pull the hexagon to the flange. When replacing, simply loosen the screw and pull out the pipe. We replace the roll and fix it with a hexagon.

Instead of a pen, I used a champagne cork, it fits perfectly.
