Step One: Acrylic Cutting
When cutting plastic, it is recommended to use a blade with small teeth, which prevents chips.
The diameter of the inner tube of the roll is 7.5 cm. The master cuts off the acrylic tube of a slightly smaller diameter. On one side, it drills two small holes, they will fix the tube. The edges of the tube must be sanded. Then cuts 2 strips of acrylic 6 * 55 cm.
Step Two: Template
To give the acrylic the desired shape, the master makes a template. Files for making the template can be downloaded below.

A sketch printed on paper is pasted onto plywood and a template is cut out. Holes are drilled according to the sketch. One part of the template consists of two parts connected by a loop. The master mills and polishes the edges of the parts.
Therefore, the master cuts the part from acrylic to the template. Only here you need to cut a solid part, without cuts. This will be the wall of the dispenser.
Step Three: Acrylic Forming
In order to give the acrylic the desired shape, the master heats the oven to 365 F (185 ° C). Lay a strip of acrylic on the foil and place in the oven for about 20 minutes. After warming up the acrylic, placed it between the details of the template and clamped it. After half an hour, the part is ready.
Step Four: Bonding
Now you need to glue two curved parts. Then glues the wall of the dispenser and glues the tube. For gluing, the master uses special glue for acrylic.
Step Five: Blade
Fastens the blade.
Now it remains to put the tape on the shaft and tighten the two screws. Screws are needed so that the tape does not fall off the shaft.
All is ready.
