This bike the master made on the first anniversary of the birth of his daughter. Of course, it is still small for him, but, "for growth" -))) For the manufacture of a bicycle, the master used various wooden trash stored near the workshop.

Step One: Frame
To make the frame, the master glued two pieces of wood. The size of the workpiece made 470 * 40 mm. On one side of the workpiece, the master drills a mounting hole. Then cuts out the bend.
Step Two: Mount
Next, the master makes a mount for the front fork. The mounting parts are two identical. Holes for mounting dowels (plug) are cut along the edges, a mounting hole in the center for mounting to the frame.
Step Three: Axis
The rear axle is made of a metal rod. The middle part of the axis is glued between two wooden blanks with a groove. Along the edges of the workpiece are several centimeters of a metal rod. Wheels are mounted on the shaft and splinted. The wooden part is attached to the frame with dowels and wood glue.
Step Four: Steering Wheel
The steering wheel is made of rectangular trim. Two holes are drilled to install the plug. The edges are machined to a cylindrical shape.
Step Five: Seat
The seat is made with the same tools as the steering wheel and does not cause any special difficulties. Fastens to a frame by means of dowels and joiner's glue.
Step Six: Final Assembly
All details are prepared and the master collects the bike. Installs the front wheel. Axis pass through the hole in the fork. The last step, the master, covers the wooden parts of the bicycle with Danish oil.
