Manufacturing process.
So, the author printed a template for the manufacture of parts, and pasted it on a piece of sheet plywood.
Then he cut out all the elements and polished them on the machine.
Next, the master drilled holes in the parts for the bolt.
He worked the concave surfaces of the parts with a rasp, carefully fitting them to each other.
Now proceeds to gluing the elements, first collects one side of the hinge.
He fastened the structural elements with a neiler, and glued the second part.
After the glue dries, the master collects the hinge. A wing nut will be used for clamping.
