Manufacturing process.
First of all, Vladimir bent and welded a ring for the countertop from a 20X20 mm profile pipe. This can be easily done with a pipe bender. About the manufacture of these devices is described in the following articles. Complex version, pipe bender - vise nozzle.
Now the author needs to weld the racks. It uses not a clamp, but a magnetic mass. About its manufacture - in this article.
At the bottom, the master connected the racks in this way.
Along the perimeter of the ring, he welds several steel plates on which the countertop will be held. He cleaned all surfaces and seams with a screwdriver with a disk brush.
Then he cut out the base of the countertop from plywood, and set it in its place.
Next, Vladimir paints the metal parts of the structure with black spray paint.
Now you need to carefully cut the tiles into small pieces. This can be done most quickly with a hammer.
Using silicone sealant, the segments are glued to the plywood base, and aligned with the level or edge of a flat board.
It takes some time to harden the silicone, usually it takes about a day.
The master kneaded grout fugue for seams, and filled her voids. It is advisable to remove excess material immediately after grouting.
The grout has dried, it remains to install the plastic legs.
