Sometimes it is possible to make a very beautiful and useful design thing from a board cut.
In this article, the author of the YouTube channel Vladimir Natynchik will tell you how he made a very simple chandelier from a piece of raw board.
This is a fairly simple homemade product, and it can be made using hand tools.

Manufacturing process.
So, for starters, the master prepared all the necessary materials.
Then he leveled the surface of the timber using a surface gage. Of course, this can be done with a hand tool.
Using a miter saw, Vladimir cut the timber into several cubes.
He marked the centers of one of the sides on the blanks, and drilled holes for cartridges with a Forstner drill.
That's how the cartridge is installed in its place.
The author hastened to collect the parts a little, they still need to be burned with a gas burner, and varnished.
Now, with the help of a grinder and a cleaning disk, rounds the edges of the board, giving it a natural shape.
The surface of the board was treated with sandpaper, and proceeded to firing it. It is enough to process only the front part. Before firing the board, it was possible to treat the surface with a brush, having received the effect of brushing, while the texture becomes more voluminous.
Coated with varnish, and left the workpiece to dry.
Then he made holes for the wires.
Set the cartridges in their places, held and laid the wires on the back of the board.
It remains only to install the chandelier on the ceiling. It looks very unusual, and is quite suitable for the design of a coffee shop or bar.
