I welcome all fans to craft, today we will consider how to make a simple grill for home use. The author decided to use it as a source of heat. Works homemade excellent, the stove does not need firewood, the energy of the lamps is enough to fry sausages and even kebabs of meat. The author used a freon cylinder as a body.
Of course, the design of the furnace is poorly thought out, the light source must be placed on top so that the fat and other food remains do not fall on the lamps. Also, due to the fact that the lamps are at the bottom, you need to cook with cooking glasses so as not to go blind from a powerful light source. Halogen lamps may explode if grease comes into contact with them, if touched or otherwise contacted. After the lamp ruptures, glass shatters everywhere, it is forbidden to eat food after that!

Furnace manufacturing process:
Step one. Balloon preparation
For homemade work you will need a small freon bottle or the like. We have to cut the cylinder lengthwise into two halves. It is important to understand that some types of gases, including those used for cooling systems, are flammable. In this regard, any cylinder is washed several times with water before cutting. You can pour warm water with a detergent inside the bottle, and the procedure is best done at least 3 times in order to rinse everything well.
Next, mark the balloon and cut it into two halves, two furnaces can be made from them. The author washes the inside well, it is highly desirable that everything shines for better reflection of light. And so that the grease does not contaminate the surface, the inside can be finished with foil.
Step Two Legs
We make legs for the furnace, here you will need bars, pieces of pipes or something like that. We cut the material into pieces of equal length and weld to the furnace body, everything should be level and should not swing.
Step Three Lattice
We install on the oven a grate on which food will be prepared, it is removable according to the author's idea. The lattice rests on two steel rods, we drill holes for them in the body.
Step Four Installation and connection of lamps
We install halogen lamps inside the furnace, they have the form of tubes, 3 lamps in total. We drill holes for the conclusions of the lamps, we isolate the conclusions well with heat-resistant tubes, we connect the lamps in parallel. That's all, at the end we connect a cable with good insulation that can withstand the current consumption. We isolate all the contacts well, install the plug and you can turn on the furnace as an experiment.
Step Five Test
My grill grate and you can start the test. As an experiment, the author fries sausages on the grill, and even kebabs. The heat of the machine is enough for such purposes. Of course, it is necessary to handle such a furnace very carefully, categorically you must not allow people and demented persons to the furnace.
In general, the author’s idea turned out to be worthwhile, but the lamps need to be placed on top, additionally making a protective grill for them.
