Surely many of you at home or at work use a conventional laminate as a floor covering. And it often happens that there are gaps between its panels.

In this article, the author of the YouTube “Hands from the shoulders” channel will tell you about one very simple and reliable way to eliminate the gaps between the sheets of the laminate without completely disassembling it.


This method is so amazing and simple that even a first grader can fix this problem with it.

Materials
- Wooden block
- Double-sided tape.

Instruments, used by the author.
- A hammer, scissors.

Manufacturing process.
So, you need to clean the surface of the laminate from dust and dirt. Then you need to stick on it a small piece of high-quality double-sided tape. You just need to use its thin version, and not on a foam basis.


After peeling off the protective layer, on a scotch tape you need to glue a wooden block, or any other solid object. It is also necessary to remove dust and dirt from the gap between the laminate panels.

Further along the edge of the bar, hammer blows are applied in the direction of the slit. In this case, the laminate should not be of furniture, people, or other heavy objects.


In just a few light strokes, the gap will completely disappear!

The corridor has a similar problem at the junction with the floor tiles. I had to tinker longer, because the slots were on both the short and long sides of the plank. But everything went well. By the way, I noticed this back in the 90s. Then my sellers gave me Zippo. This one with a passport. And gas was included. I noticed that his smell is one-on-one, like that of the "guest" Nefras! I used it for a very long time, and refuel ONLY nefras. A week was enough for sure. (In summer, in the heat, maybe less).
And only then, when the Internet appeared, I read about the fact that Zippo (for them) retains a guarantee only if nefras is used for refueling, and not real gasoline.
P.S. Just do not have to start eternal conversations that they have there - nefras like nefras! And we have poor quality! ... We have normal quality (if not cleaner) if it is made in accordance with GOST, and not according to TU.

If you use it, it depends on the intensity by itself, for me it takes 5-7 days to refuel. A fully refilled tank in the “candle” mode burns for 14-24 (!) Minutes, this is according to my measurements on my lighter. The runaway is likely from the t environment and how much the wick is extended. But this, after minor modifications, out of the box does not work like that.

The same applies to all kinds of self-adhesives, labels on cans / bottles, etc. Neither alcohol nor acetone does not wash off this garbage, ideally clean all that is superfluous, and the sticky stain of glue remains checked. I heard somewhere that it is possible to wash off this glue with ordinary vegetable oil, but I have not tried it, I will not say. And I’m not sure about zippo gasoline, according to some people, this is not gasoline for a long time.
