I welcome all fans to craft, I propose to consider the instructions for making a simple nozzle for a grinder, which will turn it into a circular saw. It's no secret that you can put circular saw blades on a grinder, but this is not safe, since the risk of a wedge of such a disk is high. So that because of the wedge, the Bulgarian does not cut off your hand or something, a guide is made for her. Also thanks to the guide homemade can cut pretty evenly. Materials and tools used by the author:
Material List:
- a disk from a circular saw (which is suitable for a grinder);

- a nut or tap for threading.

Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. We make the basis
First of all, we will make the base, it will be a steel plate, with which we will rest against the material being cut. The author did not find steel sheet needed thickness, so he welded two thick sheets and well cleaned the weld.
At the end, we drill a hole in the base, a screw with a countersunk head will go into it, that is, it should not protrude above the surface. This screw will be screwed into the grinder and thereby fix it on one side.
Step Two Rack
We cut a part from a thick steel plate and weld it clearly perpendicular to the base. At the top of the rack, the author drilled a hole and cut a thread. The handle from the grinder, which we will hold on to, will be wrapped here.
Step Three Finishing touches
At the end, we cut out and weld into place one more fastener, which will allow you to screw the grinder on top. We will again need a piece of thick sheet steel, we weld everything securely, we clean the welds to make sure of their quality.
Also in this top plate, we drill another hole for the handle so that it can be rearranged as it is convenient for you personally.
When everything is ready, it remains to paint the homemade paint on metal.
Step Four Test
We install the nozzle on the grinder, it is screwed with a screw and a bolt, we tighten everything well, there should be no backlash. We put a disk for circulars on the shaft of the grinder, and you can use a special trident tooth disk for grinders, it is safer.
You can work, the author easily cuts rather thick boards. On the photo boards burn, probably the author’s discs are already dull.
