How to make a mini grinding machine?
In order to make a mini grinding machine, you will need everything in the picture below:
- Soldering iron,
- glue gun,
- stationery knife,
- power supply 5-6V,
- a plastic box (it is possible from another material),
- switch (key),
- motor and sandpaper.
STEP 1.
Take a box and make three holes in it, one in the lid (small, under the wire), the second for the switch (larger), the third for the motor rotor (also small)
STEP 2.
Using a soldering iron, solder the wires of a small length to the switch.
STEP 3.
Then we solder the ends of the wires from the switch to the motor without crosses.
STEP 4.
Now we solder the ends of the wires from the power supply to the switch (only the direction of rotation of the motor depends on the polarity)
STEP 5.
We put the switch and motor in the box, and for reliability, fill it with hot glue (not much)
STEP 6.
It's time to tackle the nozzle for our grinding machine. Take a piece of sandpaper and a nozzle, and glue the skin to it. The nozzle can be made of a coin, having previously drilled a small hole in it, I used the finished nozzle, before that, having removed it from the mini fan.
STEP 7 FINAL.
Now just fix the nozzle on the motor rotor, and test)))
