To create our column you will need:
• Amplifier, I purchased it in a radio store for the price of 100 rubles. It is assembled on a high-quality PAM8403 chip
• Speaker (3w, 4 Ohm)
• A few wires
• Battery from the phone
• Switch.
• The soldering iron is small.
• Case purchased at a radio store for 60 rubles
• 3.5 mm plug from broken headphones
• Protective mesh on the speaker, taken from a broken speaker
• Hot glue
• Charging socket.
• Stationery knife.
When all the components are in stock you can proceed.
First of all, carefully cut a hole for the switch with a clerical knife.
We put the switch on this place. It will stay on its own clamps. The view turned out like a box.
This switch differs from the usual size, it is about 1.5 times smaller than usual, it looks stylish and solid.
The next step. We make a hole in the front of the case, using the same knife, our speaker will be located there, it will stand at the top and put outside.
Let's check if the speaker fits there well. If all is well, then you can fill it with hot glue.
Now we begin to study the amplifier.
In the photo, I quickly transmitted a brief information about the assembly of the amplifier.
First, solder the sound input, this is a 3.5 mm jack, for example, their old or broken headphones. The basic one is a white wire, green and blue, the right and left sound input to the amplifier.
After we solder the amplifier output to the speaker, since I have only one speaker, I will not implement the amplifier for the second time.
Immediately solder the power of the amplifier to the plus of the battery through the switch. To recharge, make a USB jack.
After the nest has been taken out to the side panel, you can proceed with the assembly of the box. There are no difficulties, it is only necessary to close the rear roof, we put protection from physical impact in front.
