A stethoscope is used by doctors to measure heart rate. In the technologically advanced 21st century, classic stethoscopes are replacing electronic. This article will provide an overview of the video on the self-production of such a stethoscope.

What do we need:
- an ordinary stethoscope;
- capsule microphone;
- a recording device with an input for a microphone;
- drill or screwdriver.
The manufacture of an electronic stethoscope is not particularly difficult, and this can be done in several ways. When using a lavalier microphone, you can connect it directly to the sound tube of the stethoscope.
The sound tube can be cut off at the bifurcation point so that excess noise is not transmitted to the microphone.
The second connection method is a small revision of the plastic tip of the stethoscope. We drill a hole in the tip so that you can fix the microphone. When using two microphones, you can even get a stereo recording.
Both methods of manufacturing an electronic stethoscope are unique in that in both cases it is possible to use the stethoscope without further problems in the future, since its design remains practically unchanged. Such a stethoscope will allow you to record what is happening behind the wall and even eavesdrop on the conversations of neighbors, which we certainly do not recommend doing.
