Sometimes a pulley of a certain size may be required, but where to get it? I propose a method of manufacturing a pulley directly on the shaft of an electric motor.
To make a pulley, I needed: plywood - 10 mm .; glue; circular saw; large file; hacksaw for metal; sandpaper and the motor itself. I took the engine from the pump station, the pump failed, and there is no need to repair.
Due to the fact that the motor shaft is made slightly under the cone, I initially put a steel washer to prevent the plywood from slipping further along the shaft. Then he put a piece of plywood and through the second washer pulled it with a nut. Using a circular saw, he made a circle and removed the heartbeat. Putting the engine on the fan laid, two drilled pieces of plywood were coated with glue and pressed with a load. After the glue has dried, turned the resulting workpiece on a circular saw. Then, using a file and a hacksaw for metal, he made a pulley.
I think that he will serve me.
