- metal pipes
- metal canister

Description of the manufacture of a bicycle chopper.

To begin with, the main design features of this transport.

It was decided to install an electric motor of Chinese origin with a declared power of 500 watts into the car’s rolling wheel.
It is clear that the engine will be powered by batteries, which must be placed as conveniently as possible on the bike body. As a housing for batteries, the author decided to use a home-made casing. The author made this casing himself from his metal canister.

Then he began to manufacture the rear wing for his bike chopper.

But in this photo you can see how the frame was welded for this vehicle.

Here is the author himself in the process of cooking the frame for the bike chopper.

Further, other welding work was performed, for example, a canister body was welded into which batteries were installed to power the engine.

And here you can see how the rear wheel was made.
Chunks were cut from a sheet of metal, which serve as a kind of disc-spokes for the rear wheel of the bicycle chopper.

Here you can see in more detail how they are installed on the car's rolling wheel.

This is how the bike-chopper with the electric motor in the finished form looks. Its advantages are sufficient ease, including control. The electric motor allows you not to bother pedaling, and also does not make noise while driving.

This, most likely, is a special "cycle engine", which is placed instead of the wheel hub. Front, not rear, because the pedals and chain remain. I don’t want to search now, but on Ali there are such kits - engine, control and spokes, the length of which you choose depending on the diameter of your wheel. My neighbor is so redid so much and goes to work. The batteries can be taken there, also lithium, but they are expensive, so he took 4 from an uninterruptible power supply - he paralleled it in pairs, and connected the pairs in series (there you need 27 V, but it also goes to 24). He has more than enough for work — from work through the city (about 30 km, I think). He has a 250 W motor. I became interested because I wanted to buy a father-in-law as a gift - he went to the country every day on a bicycle, and the years are not the same. But while I was thinking and choosing, he stopped riding his bike ....
I didn’t even put it, but I mounted it in the wheel
Once I met on the network electric motors that are put on a bicycle on the rear wheel, maybe this is also the case.

duck ask the administrator to rename if it is so important
Moreover, the attached video is called "Electrochopper".
Simply, this, in my opinion, is no longer a bicycle. A bicycle is when the pedals are twisted)))). I meant it.
It seems to me that it would be more correct to call "Elektrochopper from a bicycle" ... Well, or something like that ....
yes it’s home-made, on the principle you want to do it, think of it yourself: screw a dokatka to the frame of a bicycle is not a problem, nuances in the studio, what kind of motor, battery
I wonder what engine is there? This is special. engine for such devices? and which batteries?

And why did he "drive" and not "electro"? ... I don’t see the pedals ...
