Today is the author of the video, do it yourself assembled a spray from improvised materials. To do this, he took: 6L plastic bottle, ski stick, pump with pressure gauge, electrical tape, wide adhesive tape, hose, spray gun, car nipple.
He removed the sharp tip from the ski pole,
then he took the sprayer and improved it a little,
that tube that in the sprayer he glued with super glue for strength.
Then took the hose
and connected it to the atomizer
since the size of the hose is larger than on the spray gun, the author wound a little insulating tape on the spray tube to thicken it.
Then he put on a hose and squeezed electrical tape over the junction so that water would not pass.
Then he pressed the valve on the sprayer and in this state fixed it with electrical tape.
Then he attached the spray to the ski pole, again with electrical tape.
The hose, so that it would not hang out, was also fixed in two places with electrical tape to the ski pole.
Then the author began assembling the container itself. Took a nipple and a bottle
I drilled two holes in the lid with a No. 8 drill, one under the nipple, and the second under the hose (the author’s hose is 9 mm in diameter), he should sit tightly in the lid so as not to let air in.
On the nipple, the author put on an additional rubber gasket and inserted it into one of the holes in the lid
and tightened with a nut, with the help of pliers.
He made a hose through the second hole
the length of the hoses was measured in a bottle.
Then he attached the pump to the bottle with tape.
In two places.
Here is the author’s sprayer.
And he went on to test its performance. I put the cap on the pump on the nipple,
and gradually began to pump air into the bottle.
The author squeezed a hose in this place so that the liquid would not leave the bottle ahead of time.
When the author pumped up the necessary pressure, the hose in the place where it was pinched let it go and as we see everything works.
