Step One: Billet
The basis of the lamp housing is an aluminum tube with a diameter of 22 mm. From an aluminum plate cuts a ring along the diameter of the pipe. A hole is drilled in the center of the ring. Marker on the pipe marks. Cuts part of the tube according to the markup.
Cut two plates as in the photo. Drills a hole for a threaded bushing in them. Bends.
Step Two: Welding
Welds a ring to the tube. On the other side of the tube, after cutting off part of the tube, a plate remained. Bends it in a semicircle. Cut and weld two plates on the sides. Welds the mount. Grinds the case.
Step Three: Build
Installs a 4 W LED bulb in the housing. Solder the power cord. Insulates joints with heat shrink. Screws the magnet.
